Wisley Village

The Landscape Agency have recently been commissioned to carry out a detailed analysis and vision for Wisley village based on their previous masterplanning commission for The Royal Horticultural Society's four gardens – Wisley in Surrey, Hyde Hall in Essex, Rosemoor in Devon and Harlow Carr in Harrogate.

At Wisley, the Society provide accommodation for approximately 100 staff, in the mainly RHS owned Wisley village, and The Landscape Agency are currently drawing up a vision for the village which aims to greatly enhance the quality of life for residents,through the creation of an open space strategy, recreation facilities, food growth, enhancements to biodiversity, community functions and operations to support the running of Wisley Garden. The village lies within a Special Protection Area and adjacent to a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
